Mixed experience, Some issues need addressing
carpet stains slow response
The cleanliness was not Really good. I found several stains on the carpet in my room. The minibar was also not stocked upon arrival. I had to call room service to request beverages. This took an unreasonable amount of time. The response felt SLOW.

The pool was clean. The hotel offers direct access to the beach. Staff members were helpful. I especially enjoyed the dining options. Food tasted great.
The furniture showed some wear and tear! though still functional.
